What is the deal with the tortillas anyway? Why do they throw tortillas and how did that get started?

Hey that’s me!
Also, those were thrown in our direction by the messy loud business majors next to it. I was starving and really wanted one but they had grass stains. According to the commencement speaker, they had the pig flu as well.
