Image that a few months from now we find the one guy responsible for the 9/11 attacks, and it turns out he’s an American. One of our own planned everything out and executed the attacks. He goes to trial, the trial lasts a while, but the guy eventually gets off on some technicality. That would be pretty frustrating, no?

Now, imagine after he gets a free pass he goes around telling everyone about how happy he is about what he did. He has no regrets. In fact, he only wishes he had done more. Again, pretty frustrating.

Now, imagine that twenty years from now a close and intimate associate of this man was running for President of the United States, and everyone loves him. Pretty frustrating, no?

I trust you can see the parallel. Problem is, very few people are aware that this is happening right now.
